These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for the use of our service, including our website, application, and related products and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

You may use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or to harm or exploit minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Tabbi AI. To access or use some of our Services, you must create an account with us. When you create this account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. It is important that you maintain and promptly update your details and any other information you provide to us, to keep such information current and complete.

It is important that you keep your account password confidential and that you do not disclose it to any third party. If you know or suspect that any third party knows your password or has accessed your account, you must notify us immediately via email at contact@tabbi.ai.

You agree that you are solely responsible (to us and to others) for the activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to disable your user account at any time, including if you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms, or if activities occur on your account which, in our sole discretion, would or might cause damage to or impair the Services or infringe or violate any third party rights, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. If you no longer want to use our Services again, and would like your account deleted, contact us at contact@tabbi.ai. We will provide you with further assistance and guide you through the process. Once you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any of the content or information you have added.

• You must be fully legally competent or authorized by a parent or legal guardian to access or use our Services.
• Unauthorized copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works of our Services or any content included therein is strictly prohibited.
• Distributing, licensing, transferring, or selling our Services or any derivative works thereof is not allowed.
• You may not use our Services for commercial or unauthorized purposes, including spamming or soliciting without our express written consent.
• You may not interfere with the proper working of our Services, disrupt our website, or bypass any access restrictions.
• Incorporating our Services or any portion thereof into another program or product may result in service refusal or account termination.
• The use of automated scripts to interact with our Services is prohibited.
• You may not solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation of affiliation with any person or entity is prohibited.
• Posting material that is malicious, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights is not allowed.

Billing: You can upgrade your account to access paid features, which would turn your account into a paid account. When you do that, we’ll automatically bill you from the date you convert to a paid account and on each periodic renewal until cancellation. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, and we’ll charge tax when required. Some countries have mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation rights, and this paragraph doesn’t override these laws.

Refunds: You may cancel your Tabbi paid account at any time. Refunds are issued if they are required by law.

Downgrades: Your paid account will remain in effect until it’s canceled or terminated under these terms. If you don’t pay for your paid account on time, we reserve the right to suspend it or reduce your access to the free version of our products.
